I believe that my original hypothesis was correct. When I started to test my hypothesis by combining warm, moist air and cold air the fog actually appeared. In the bottles with cold water and cold air, the bottles remained empty with no fog developing. After observing the fog for quite a long time, water droplets appeared on the inside of the bottles with the warm air only. This supports my hypothesis that “Fog is small droplets of water that floats in the air.”
